This Privacy Policy explains how the Saudi Survival mobile application handles information when you use the app.
Saudi Survival is designed as an offline-first Arabic learning application for people learning practical Arabic for use in Saudi Arabia.
1. Information We Collect
Saudi Survival does not require users to create an account or sign in.
The current version of the app does not intentionally collect or transmit personal information to Bubble Bees Marketing servers.
The app does not collect information such as:
- name or email address for an online account
- phone number
- precise location
- contacts
- photos or videos
- payment information
- advertising identifiers
- microphone recordings
- voice recordings
- browsing history
2. Information Stored on Your Device
Saudi Survival stores certain information locally on your device so that the app can remember your learning progress and preferences.
This may include:
- your chosen display name
- onboarding status
- selected language or learning preferences
- learning reason
- learning start date
- daily learning goal
- phrases you have learned
- bookmarked phrases
- XP and level information
- learning streak information
- app preferences and offline settings
This information is stored locally on your device using application storage.
It is not intentionally transmitted to Bubble Bees Marketing.
3. Voice and Microphone
The current version of Saudi Survival does not record or upload microphone audio.
The app may contain speaking or pronunciation-practice interfaces, but the current implementation does not send microphone recordings to Bubble Bees Marketing or to an AI service.
Saudi Survival does not use cloud speech recognition in the current version.
4. Text-to-Speech and Audio
Saudi Survival uses the device’s text-to-speech functionality to help users listen to Arabic and other supported text.
Text-to-speech may be provided by the Android operating system or by a text-to-speech engine installed on the user’s device.
The behavior of the device’s text-to-speech service, including downloading voice data, may be controlled by the device manufacturer or text-to-speech provider and may be subject to their own privacy policies.
Saudi Survival does not operate its own cloud text-to-speech server.
5. AI and Online Services
The current version of Saudi Survival does not send user conversations or learning requests to Gemini, OpenAI, or another cloud AI service.
Any assistant-style phrase suggestions in the current version are processed using local, predefined application logic.
6. Advertising and Analytics
Saudi Survival currently does not contain advertising.
The current version does not use:
- Google AdMob
- Firebase Analytics
- Firebase Crashlytics
- third-party advertising trackers
Bubble Bees Marketing does not sell user information to advertisers.
7. Internet Access
Saudi Survival is designed so that its main learning content can be used offline.
The Android application may include internet-related system capability for application compatibility or future-supported functionality, but the current version of Saudi Survival does not intentionally transmit personal learning data to Bubble Bees Marketing servers.
Some operating-system services used by your device, such as text-to-speech services or Google Play services, may independently use an internet connection according to their own settings and privacy policies.
8. Data Sharing
Bubble Bees Marketing does not sell, rent, or trade personal information collected through Saudi Survival.
Because the current version does not intentionally transmit personal user data to Bubble Bees Marketing servers, we do not share such app data with advertisers or data brokers.
9. Data Retention
Learning progress and preferences stored by Saudi Survival remain on your device while the app and its local data remain installed.
You can remove locally stored Saudi Survival data by:
- clearing the app’s storage through your Android device settings, or
- uninstalling the application.
Because the current version does not maintain user accounts or a remote user database, Bubble Bees Marketing generally does not hold a server-side copy of this locally stored learning data.
10. Data Security
Saudi Survival is designed to minimize collection of personal information and to keep learning progress locally on the user’s device.
However, no device, software application, or electronic storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Users should also protect their devices using appropriate device-security features.
11. Third-Party Platforms
Saudi Survival may be distributed through platforms such as Google Play.
Google Play and other operating-system services may process information independently as part of app distribution, installation, security, payments, device services, or updates.
Those services are governed by the privacy policies and terms of their respective providers.
12. Children’s Privacy
Saudi Survival does not intentionally collect personal information from children.
The current version does not provide user accounts, social networking, targeted advertising, or mechanisms intended to collect personal information from children.
If we become aware that personal information has been collected in a manner inconsistent with this policy, we will take appropriate steps to address the issue.
